If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible at autopartsandrecycling01@gmail.com . We accept eligible returns within 10 days of the original purchase date for store credit or exchange only. Refunds to the original payment method are not provided.
RETURN CONDITIONS
All returns must be approved by Auto Parts and Recycling before the item is shipped back. Items must be returned in their original condition and, where applicable, include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Items that have been installed, modified, damaged, or otherwise altered may not be eligible for return.
STORE CREDIT ONLY
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Store credit may be applied toward a future purchase from Auto Parts and Recycling and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to the original payment method.
SHIPPING COSTS
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an approved item unless the return is due to an error on our part.
ELECTRICAL ITEMS
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS.
This includes, but is not limited to, electrical and electronic components that have been installed or connected to a vehicle. Please verify compatibility and application before purchasing.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESTOCKING FEE
Cancellations and approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The restocking fee does not apply when an order is cancelled on the same day it was placed, provided that the order has not already been processed or shipped.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
This includes specially ordered, customized, modified, specially machined, or otherwise made-to-order products. Customers should confirm all specifications, compatibility, and application details before placing an order for a special-order item.
HIGH-PERFORMANCE PARTS
High-performance and specialty parts are designed for demanding applications and may be subject to significantly different operating conditions than standard replacement parts. Because their service life can vary substantially depending on installation, application, driving conditions, maintenance, and use, no guarantee or prediction is made regarding the service life or failure of high-performance parts unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.

Prices, product descriptions, specifications, availability, and images are subject to change without notice.
Although we make reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on our website is accurate, occasional typographical, pricing, product-description, or image errors may occur. Auto Parts and Recycling reserves the right to correct such errors and, where applicable, cancel or adjust an order affected by an obvious error.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Auto Parts and Recycling shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, information, materials, or products purchased through our website.
We are not responsible for delays or issues relating to delivery, installation, improper use, incompatibility, modification, or failure to follow applicable installation instructions. Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased products are suitable for their intended application and are properly installed by a qualified professional where appropriate.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
