SHIPPING
At Auto Parts and Recycling, we make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed, provided that all items are in stock and the order is received during our normal business hours.
We maintain a large inventory of automotive parts; however, certain items may need to be sourced from our suppliers. Orders containing items that are not immediately available may require additional processing time and could result in a shipping delay.
If we anticipate a significant delay in fulfilling your order, we will contact you by email to provide an update and, where applicable, offer the option of partial shipment for the items that are currently available.
ORDER INSPECTION
Please inspect your order carefully immediately upon delivery. If any item is missing, incorrect, or was shipped in error, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Approved returns are eligible for store credit only, in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy. Please contact us before returning any item so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, the receiver is responsible for filing a damage claim directly with the applicable shipping carrier. Auto Parts and Recycling is unable to file the claim on the receiver’s behalf.
Please retain all original packaging materials, shipping boxes, labels, and damaged items until the claim has been fully reviewed. The shipping carrier may require an inspection of both the damaged merchandise and its packaging.
Once the damage claim has been filed and the shipping carrier has provided the necessary notification or documentation, we will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.
PACKAGING & ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
At Auto Parts and Recycling, we make every effort to keep shipping costs reasonable while reducing unnecessary waste. Whenever practical, we reuse clean and suitable boxes and packaging materials received from our suppliers.
We do not purchase Styrofoam packing peanuts for our shipping operations. When packing peanuts are used, they are generally materials that have been received in shipments from our suppliers and are reused whenever possible.
We are committed to reducing packaging waste and reusing materials whenever practical, helping us minimize our environmental impact while safely protecting your order during transit.
