Cash App

To Send a Payment

1. Open the Cash App.

2. Enter the amount.

3. Tap Pay.

4. Enter our $Cashtag, which will be provided to you.

5. Enter what the payment is for.

6. Tap Pay.

You can also pay using the following payment methods:

ZELLE®

SEND AND RECEIVE MONEY WITH ZELLE®

1. Access Zelle®: Get started by enrolling your email address or U.S. mobile number through your mobile banking app or the Zelle® app.

2. Choose a person to pay: Enter the recipient’s email address or U.S. mobile number.

3. Enter the amount: Enter the amount you would like to send.

4. Send the payment: After sending the payment, take a screenshot of the payment confirmation and send it to us for verification and confirmation.

APPLE PAY

On Your iPhone or iPad

1. Open the Messages app, then start a new conversation or tap an existing conversation.

2. Tap the Apple Pay button. If you don’t see the Apple Pay button, tap the Apps button first.

3. Enter the amount you want to send.

4. Tap Pay, then tap the Send button.

5. Confirm your payment using Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode.

GOOGLE PAY

Send Money with Google Pay

1. Open the Google Pay app.

2. At the bottom right, tap Send.

3. At the bottom, tap + Send or Request.

4. Choose a contact.

5. Enter the amount.

6. Tap Send.

7. Confirm or change your payment method.

8. Tap Confirm & Send.

GOOGLE PAY — USING A COMPUTER

1. On your computer, go to pay.google.com.

2. Click Send or Request Money.

3. Click Send Money.

4. Enter the amount you want to send.

5. Enter the recipient’s name, email address, or phone number.

6. Check that the amount and payment method are correct. You can also include a memo.

7. Click Send.

PAYPAL

How to Send Money Through PayPal

1. Start the Payment: Log in to your PayPal account and begin the payment process.

2. Select a Payment Type: Choose Friends and Family when prompted.

3. Choose Friends and Family: Select the Friends and Family payment option.

4. Enter the Recipient’s Email: Enter our recipient email address. This will be provided to you when you request payment information after placing your order.

5. Confirm the Amount: Enter and confirm the amount you need to pay.

6. Choose a Funding Source: Review your payment method and select your preferred funding source.

7. Review and Confirm: Review the payment details and confirm the payment.

8. Send Payment Confirmation: After completing the payment, take a screenshot of the payment confirmation and send it to us for verification and confirmation.
